You will find all thedelicious Salvadoran staples like their specialty the hand-made and handcrafted pupusas, plaintains, and yucca. Gents, we recommend the rib eye dish, Churrasco Tipico and the grilled steak, Bistec Encebollado. Not only do they offer authentic Salvadoran dishes, but they also add an American-style twist, like their Carmela’s Cesar Salad with chipotle dressing.
