This true neighborhood eatery that makes their food with local fresh ingredients and feature local artists, brings food lovers from everywhere. Guisados, which means stews in Spanish, opened in 2010 and offer traditional stews and braises from around Mexico all served up in handmade tortillas. They offer various tacos for every taste, from vegetarian Calabacitas (squash), Quesadilla (cheese) to Bistek en Salsa Rojo (beef) to a spicy Cochinita Pibil (pork). You can accompany them with their freshly made Aguas Frescas, try the Armando Palmero, a blend of lemonade and hibiscus juice.
